After spending several days in the ski resort community of Angel Fire, your Laguna Beach Firefighters were relocated south to the town of Pecos, New Mexico. They are assisting in building containment lines and mitigating hazards, including trees that are at risk of falling and causing injuries.

Laguna Beach Firefighter Billy Senecal is seen teaching the members of the strike team how to safely cut down dangerous trees. Billy previously worked for Cal Fire on a Helitack crew where he would be flown into fires and begin fighting fire with hand tools and the helicopter.
