This isolated cove is bordered by large cliffs on either side. Table Rock Beach is best accessed by stairs from Table Rock Drive. Popular activities include sunbathing and exploring the tide pools.

Hazardous rip currents are always present. Approximately 450 feet in length, the beach is characterized by broad, sandy areas, as well as large rock formations and tide pools. Under the water is mostly sand bottom that drops off quickly. Use caution as big surf and strong rip currents make this a very dangerous beach. Rocky areas of this beach may be closed based on conditions.

If you do visit this area please do not take, collect or disturb any of the marine life. The taking or collecting of rocks, shells, or marine life is prohibited. Fishing is not allowed at this beach.
