The City of Laguna Beach is a business-friendly community. Whether you need a business license or your business needs a roadmap to move past the pandemic, we have resources to help.
This program serves local businesses and non-profits impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. Small Business Assistance Services offers free assistance to local businesses and non-profits as they access available resources offered by the County, state, and federal governments.
The City and the program's administrator, Townsend Public Affairs, held a webinar to highlight the help offered by the Business Assistance Services and to provide more information about the new funding. If you missed this informative and helpful webinar, you can watch it here.
Visit the Small Business Assistance Services webpage for more information.
The LB CARES grant program assisted local restaurants, bars, and retail establishments during the pandemic Stay-at-Home Order. Under the program, Laguna Beach restaurants and bars could receive $5,000, retailers that had to close could receive $3,000, and retailers that had to reduce their capacity could receive $2,000 on a first come, first served, basis.
The program is now closed. To learn more about the program, including a list of recipients, visit the LB CARES Grant Program webpage.
