With the upcoming Woods Cove Assessment District vote scheduled for December 12, the City has received a lot of interest in the Utility Underground Assessment Deferment Loan Program. Proposed revisions to the loan program are scheduled to be presented to the City Council on November 21.  The proposed revisions include lowering the age limit requirement and raising the income qualifications.  The revisions are intended to make the program available to a greater number of residents.
