Facilities Directory

Goff Cove is located between Treasure Island and Christmas Cove. It is best accessed by the stairs that lead down from the Montage Resort, just at the beginning of the park. It can also be reached by the ramp that leads down to Christmas Cove. Middle Man Cove is the next cove south of Goff Cove.

Popular activities include swimming, skin and scuba diving, tide pooling, and other beach activities. The beach is relatively protected from most surf and results in some great snorkeling and scuba diving opportunities.

This beach is rocky bottom with usually, small shorebreak type surf. There are many rocks in the area so care should be taken when swimming in the cove. Currents can form along the rocks in the cove. Care should be taken to not get too close while swimming and/or snorkeling.

If you do visit this area please do not take, collect or disturb any of the marine life. The taking or collecting of rocks, shells, or marine life is prohibited. Fishing is not allowed at this beach.

Note: Goff Island at the southwest end of the beach can be dangerous and should not be climbed.
