The County is planning to replace the concrete flood control channel between Laguna Canyon Road and the Frontage Road that failed during a rainstorm in 2019.  The project was approved by the Planning Commission on 5/18 for design review approval and coastal development permitting.  On 8/2/22, the City Council will be considering approval of an agreement with the County of Orange to upgrade sidewalk and fencing to match the Village Entrance theme.
