The Public Works Department manages several Capital Improvement Program projects including major projects undertaken for the purpose of replacing, repairing or constructing City infrastructure such as streets, buildings, parks, street lights and storm drains. Solicitations are advertised for numerous construction contract bids and requests for proposals (RFP) for professional services each year.

A list of current bid and RFP opportunities can be found below. Plans and Specifications for applicable projects can be downloaded from the website for free. If you have questions about a specific project, contact the project manager listed in the description for that project. Plan Holder Lists for projects currently open may be obtained by contacting the assigned project manager as listed on each bid.

Sealed bids and proposals shall be submitted as instructed in the bid documents or RFP for each individual project.
