Final Playground Survey

The City of Laguna Beach Recreation Division is conducting a needs assessment survey to help us understand community usage trends, provide insight on amenity preferences, and help us determine future improvement/modification plans. Please keep in mind that the City of Laguna Beach is a fully built-out City and the addition of new amenities may require the modification or removal of existing amenities. Reservations and Rentals

Recreational use of City parks is on a first-come, first-served basis. The City does not reserve or rent parks or barbecue facilities for parties, events or gatherings of any kind.

Park Use for Weddings and Filming

Permits are required for weddings and filming on City property. Information is available on this website.

Park Hours

City beaches are open from 5:00 a.m. until 1:00 a.m. unless otherwise noted. City parks are closed from 10:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Restrooms are open from dawn to dusk. Crescent Bay Point Park is open from 5:00 a.m. until 12:00 midnight. The Dog Park closes every Wednesday for maintenance.

Tennis and Pickleball Courts

City courts are open at 7:30 a.m. until dusk unless lit courts. Court information is available by clicking here. 

The open space near Alta Laguna Park closes at sunset. It is part of OC Parks' Aliso and Wood Canyons park.
