Assembly Bill No. 2048 Solid Waste Franchise Agreement

In accordance with Assembly Bill 2048 (AB 2048), jurisdictions and public agencies are required to post on its website all current franchise agreements between contract solid waste and recycling haulers. The City of Laguna Beach has an exclusive franchise agreement with Waste Management. The franchise agreement and amendments No. 1 through 3 are available here: Waste Management Franchise Agreement
