The City is pleased to announce an upcoming transition effective July 1, 2024 in our waste management services in partnership with CR&R. As the City prepares for this change, we want to keep residents and businesses informed about the process.

Over the past few months, CR&R and City staff have consistently participated in transition planning meetings. Formal communication regarding the transition plan began after the City Council chose CR&R as the new hauler on July 12, 2023.

Throughout this transitional phase, the City recognizes the importance of transparency and effective communication. Together with CR&R, we are committed to delivering quality waste management services to our community.

CR&R is starting to send all Laguna Beach residents information regarding the upcoming transition.  All communications are posted on this website and listed below.
